Amelia oversees the Clerk, Auditor, and Information Systems departments, among others, and is responsible for introducing innovative government practices and performance-based budgeting in Utah County.

Skyler oversees several key departments, including the Children’s Justice Center, County Assessor, County Attorney’s Office, County Justice Court, and County Clerk’s Office, focusing on community service and operational efficiency.

The County Auditor oversees the Auditor's Office, which manages all financial claims against the County, pays the bills, and ensures that accurate and complete financial records are maintained by examining the bonds kept by other county officials.

The County Assessor oversees the Assessor's Office, responsible for determining the value of properties for taxation purposes.

The County Attorney, as the County Legal Officer, oversees the Attorney's Office, representing the County in all court cases and performing legal duties.

The County Clerk oversees the Clerk's Office, which is in charge of the records of the County. He or she processes marriage licenses and passports and also conducts all elections in Utah County pertaining to county, state or national offices.

The County Recorder oversees the Recorder's Office, keeping the official records of the County, recording mortgages, deeds, and other documents involving property, and maintaining up-to-date maps showing current ownership of every section of land.

The County Sheriff oversees the Sheriff's Office, ensuring the preservation of peace, making arrests, preparing legal papers for Sheriff's sales, and overseeing the County Jail.

The County Surveyor oversees the Surveyor's Office, identifying and protecting section corner monuments defining record title interests, protecting property rights, acting as a depository for all records of survey, and performing survey work for Utah County.

The County Treasurer oversees the Treasurer's office, which collects taxes and other monies due to the county. The Treasurer is also in charge of taxing all property and turns over property with delinquent taxes of more than five years to be sold.
