19, from Spanish Fork, was sentenced to a term
of 5 years to life at the Utah State Prison
after pleading guilty to Child Abuse Homicide,
a first-degree felony.
Robbie Michael MacDonald was sentenced
to the Utah State
Prison for a term of 0-5 years for
Child Abuse, a third-degree
felony, to run consecutive with a class A misdemeanor,
Attempted Possession of a Controlled
Substance with Intent to Distribute.
On September 10, 2018, Enmanuel De Paz, 20, was sentenced to
the Utah State Prison for killing 24-year-old Ammon Elliott
Brown in Provo, Utah on November 21, 2016.
Jesse William Gourdin, 23, was sentenced to
the Utah State Prison for Manslaughter and
Aggravated Assault, both second-degree
felonies. Each charge carries a prison
sentence of 1-15 years.
