The Utah County is proposing to increase its property tax revenue for tax year 2020. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE UTAH COUNTY

The UTAH COUNTY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
  • The UTAH COUNTY tax on a $343,000 residence would increase from $126.77 to $253.54, which is $126.77 per year.
  • The UTAH COUNTY tax on a $343,000 business would increase from $230.50 to $461.00, which is $230.50 per year.
  • If the proposed budget is approved, UTAH COUNTY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 100.00% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
  • All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
