Description: Utah County is inviting bids from qualified contractors to replace the east and west center limestone parapets and re-roof the upper center roof of the Utah County Historic Courthouse. The scope also includes replacement of the structure for the exterior west stairway and the remodel of second floor breakroom/toilet. A proposed employee shower and locker room shall be priced as an "add alternate". Bid packets containing all specifications and requirements are available online at www.bidsync.com. There is no cost to suppliers to sign up with BidSync.
Mandatory Pre-bid Conference Wednesday, May 21, 2013 @ 10:00 a.m. in the second floor conference room of the Utah County Historic Courthouse 51 S. University Ave., Provo, Utah.
Bids will be accepted until 3:00 pm MDT on Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Utah County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
