Description: Utah County seeks proposals from qualified vendors that can provide a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Learning Management System (LMS) solution that can meet the training and compliance management needs for County employee training. The LMS solution should enable administrators from all departments to manage the training transcripts of employees, automate the training renewal process and automate reporting on training compliance. The County is also interested in investing in online courses for both required training and optional professional development training to provide employees the opportunity to learn new skills and develop their careers. This would include the capability to upload training courses and content created by individual departments. Preference will be given to an LMS solution that integrates seamlessly with Utah County’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Workday. The County anticipates spending between $30,000 and $45,000 annually for an LMS.
