REGULAR MEETING DATES FOR THE UTAH COUNTY WEED CONTROL BOARD
Meetings of the Utah County Weed Control Board will typically be held twice a year. One meeting being held at the beginning of the calendar year and one at the end. All meetings of the Utah County Weed Control Board will be held in the Commission Conference Room located in the Utah County Historic Courthouse Building (51 East Center Street, Provo) unless otherwise noticed prior to the meeting. Agendas for the meetings are published at least 24 hours preceding the Board meeting.
Meeting Agenda
A meeting may be canceled with notice that is posted at least 24 hours in advance. When, because of unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary for the Board to hold a special meeting to consider matters of an urgent nature, the best notice practicable shall be given.
All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public unless closed by the Board in the manner described in Section 52-4-204, Utah Code Annotated, 1953 as amended, and, for a purpose described in Section 52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated, 1953 as amended.
