Voter Registration Public Service Request (PSR)
How the Public Service Request Works
The requestor submits a specific request for voter registration records. The default information that is included in the data file generated is: name, address, precinct, party affiliation and districts. Vote history (1988 - present) are provided if requested on the form. Email address and phone number are not available.
Your request will be generated through the state database's automated process.
When your data request is received, an invoice will be sent to you with the total price; your fee will be based on an initial $5.00 set-up fee, plus $1.00 for every 500 names. It can take up to two (2) business days from the date that your request is received to process your request.
When you have paid your fee, your data will be emailed to you in a Microsoft Excel document.
If any of what is described above does not meet your needs, it is your responsibility to let us know before we generate your file. Refunds will not be issued after your data file has been sent.
