On December 7, 2018, Tyerell Joe Przybycien, 19, from Spanish Fork, was sentenced to a term of 5 years to life at the Utah State Prison after pleading guilty to Child Abuse Homicide, a first-degree felony.

Robbie Michael MacDonald was sentenced to the Utah State Prison for a term of 0-5 years for Child Abuse, a third-degree felony, to run consecutive with a class A misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.

On September 10, 2018, Enmanuel De Paz, 20, was sentenced to the Utah State Prison for killing 24-year-old Ammon Elliott Brown in Provo, Utah on November 21, 2016.

Jesse William Gourdin, 23, was sentenced to the Utah State Prison for Manslaughter and Aggravated Assault, both second-degree felonies. Each charge carries a prison sentence of 1-15 years.

On May 21, 2018, Johnathon Nixon was charged for sexually abusing three different girls between the ages of 4 and 7 at his Eagle Mountain apartment.

On May 8, 2018, Jordan Vincent Steffen, 29, from Lehi, Utah, was sentenced to 15 years to life at the Utah State Prison after a jury found him guilty of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child.

On May 3, 2018, Becky Jean Golly, 44, was sentenced to the Utah State Prison for 5 years to life for Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Burglary, both first-degree felonies.

On May 15, 2018, Royce Brandon Schaefer, 33, from American Fork, was found guilty of Sodomy Upon a Child and Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child, both first-degree felonies.

On March 2, 2018, following a four-day jury trial, Philip Boswell Case, 48, was found guilty of seven counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, each a second-degree felony.

On May 14, 2018, Luis David Cuevas, 18, of Payson, Utah, was sentenced for 5 years to life at the Utah State Prison for Aggravated Robbery, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, and Failure to Respond to Officer's Signal to Stop.

On April 23, 2018, Oscar Nunez, 35, was found guilty of two counts of Sodomy Upon a Child, two counts of Rape of a Child, and one count of Attempted Sodomy Upon a Child, all first-degree felonies.

On September 27th, 2017, following a 2- day jury trial, Stephen Anderson Wold, 28, of Highland, Utah, was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child, a first-degree felony.

Dr. Dale Harland Heath, 58, a chiropractor from Orem, was taken into custody on September 21, 2017, after being found guilty by a jury of Object Rape, Forcible Sexual Abuse, and Sexual Battery.

On August 30th, 2017, Gilberto Martinez, 35, was found guilty of two 1st degree felonies for Sodomy upon a Child.

After a five-day trial, a jury found Michael Aram Jenkins guilty on four counts of Forcible Sexual Abuse, second degree felonies, and two counts of Lewdness, class B misdemeanors.

On Monday, July 10th, 2017, following a four-day trial, an eight-person jury from Utah County found David R. Bills, 67, guilty of ten (10) first degree felonies for Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child.

On June 22, 2017, Luke Christian Dollahite, 16, was sentenced to a term of 10 years to life at the Utah State Prison for stabbing four classmates in the Mountain View High School locker room.

On April 18, 2017, Paul Karl Vonstrahl, a 48- year-old former Utah County resident, pleaded guilty to Drug Distribution and four counts of Sexual Battery.

Keith Robert Vallejo, a 43-year-old Utah County resident and father of 9, was sentenced to an indeterminate term of 5 years to life in the Utah State Prison for sexually abusing two women.

On April 20, 2015, Ms. Hunstman was sentenced to six life sentences, three consecutive and three concurrent, at the Utah State Prison. The first parole hearing date is scheduled for April 2064, at which time she will be 89 years old.

On July 8, 2015, Ms. Grunwald was sentenced to 25 years to life for the aggravated murder, 15 to life for attempted aggravated murder, and additional terms for her various other crimes.

On August 22, 2014, Tracy Scott was sentenced to a term of 15 years to life in the Utah State Prison.
