The Recorder's Office records documents pertaining to real estate property and maintains cross-reference indexes to these records. The Recorder's Office is also required to maintain a set of maps which show the current ownership of every tract of land in the entire county.

The Senior Companion Program provides an opportunity for active seniors (55+) to help other seniors maintain their independence and provide respite to caregivers in Utah and Wasatch counties.

The Utah County Sheriff's Office provides law enforcement services to the unincorporated areas of Utah County and contract cities, as well as co-operative support services to local, state and federal law enforcement agencies and organizations.

The County Surveyor office is responsible for identifying, protecting, and updating the section corner monuments (Public Land Survey System) that define record title (real property boundary’s) interests. Through that process they help to protect property rights. The office also acts as a depository for all records of survey and is responsible for performing survey work for Utah County.

The Treasurer's Office handles the finances of the County. It primarily handles the collection of taxes from residents, but also handles expenditures and other county financial obligations.

4-H empowers youth to reach their full potential, working, and learning in partnership with caring adults. 4-H is the nation’s largest Positive Youth Development Program. 4-H focuses on learning by doing. Through our unique partnership with USU Extension we are able to provide opportunities for youth throughout Utah.

The Utah County Fair is an annual event held every August in Spanish Fork, Utah
