The County Sheriff oversees the Sheriff's Office, ensuring the preservation of peace, making arrests, preparing legal papers for Sheriff's sales, and overseeing the County Jail.

The County Surveyor oversees the Surveyor's Office, identifying and protecting section corner monuments defining record title interests, protecting property rights, acting as a depository for all records of survey, and performing survey work for Utah County.

The County Treasurer oversees the Treasurer's office, which collects taxes and other monies due to the county. The Treasurer is also in charge of taxing all property and turns over property with delinquent taxes of more than five years to be sold.
